View Linked Excel spreadsheets

Menu Option: Advanced: View Linked Excel spreadsheets

Use this screen to get an overview of which Excel spreadsheets are currently linked to your LEAP area.  The screen summarizes the folder, filename and range names for all Excel links as well as the number of references (Refs) to each range in your LEAP area.  You can click on a row in the table and then open the sheet in Excel or you can export a complete list of the links for viewing in Excel.

The Found check box indicates whether the linked Spreadsheet can be found on your computer, while the Replace () button is used to edit the References in your expressions, thereby replacing references to one spreadsheet with another.  This can be particularly useful in situations where your Excel spreadsheets have been moved from one location to another, thereby breaking the expressions used in your LEAP area.  You can also Export the list to Excel ().
