Min Stock

Min Stock specifies the minimum unit stock of a land type in units of either mass or volume per unit area (e.g. m3/ha or tonne/ha). Use this variable as an optional constraint to specify the minimum density of stocks on a land type. This may be useful for simulating informal management practices in which wood stocks are not entirely cut (e.g. coppicing or shifting cultivation practices). This variable is only visible for land-types that produce wood and which are marked with the OtherForestry Management Practice.  By default Min Stock is set to zero.

Note: This variable is visible for the land type branches shown below relevant wood resources (under the high level Resources tree branch).
