    Dear All,
    I do a research on crude oil consumption where I develop ARX models for several Asian Countries. My supervisor asked me to use LEAP as a benchmark for my model for these conditions:
    1. I have annual data from 1982 to 2006.
    2. I use 1982 - 1992 to develop the model.
    3. I use 1993 - 2006 to validate the model.
    I still don't know how to use LEAP for different countries. I don't have the license and I can not modify the value existed in the table. Can anybody tell me what to do to be able to modify the data and to get a license for my research. Thank you.

    Hello Iwan,

    To allow you to edit the data in LEAP you will need to aquire a license. These are available for free to non profit, academic and governmental organizations in developing countries.
