    Hi Charles,

    In the training exercises 5, for current accounts data input, I created the new lifecycle profile named "existing car stocks" and select it for the "stock vintage profile" of each technology branch, but still, the chart below the stock tab shows a constant but not a curve. It is the same for the milage--constantly 15000 miles all the year. I couldn't figure out the problem, please help!

    Hello,

    Yes - in the Analysis View the "Stock" variable is a static variable that initializes the stock turnover calculations. Future stocks are calculated based on your sales data and your survival profiles, etc.

    You can see future stock results calculated in the results view, but not in the Analysis view.

    Note however, that mileage can change in future years. You can specify this change for any scenario.
