    Dear charles,

i have Power Generation 234 MW = 2049840 MWH, and total demand is 2200000 MWH, for Transmission and distribution in LEAP losses 15% in base year 2005, 10% in 2025 ( expression in LEAP interp(2025,10%)).
if the power plants increase, losses at Transmission and distribution increase more than power plants generate. how to solve this problem so i able supply total demand.

    Best Regard

    Hi Frederik,

Its hard to say what the problem is without seeing your data set. It sounds like there may be a structural problem with your data that is causing calculations to happen out of order. If set up correctly T&D losses should not be greater than generation.

For example, make sure that your modules are in the right order: T&D should be above electric generation.

    I hope this helps,

    Charlie
