LEAP refuses to recognise some (previously used and recognised) excel files and links.
    Error returned is:
    Error Type: EOleException
    Error Message: Invalid index

The OLEException message indicates that Excel is causing this error - not LEAP. Suggest you check that the Excel files are not corrupted and that the files, worksheets and ranges referenced in the LEAP equation really do still exist.

    Best,

    Charlie

Indeed the problem was solved by repairing the Excel installation.
