When graphs are displayed in the Results view and I try to change the color palette, there is always an error message as follows:

    Error Type: EAccessViolation
Error Message: Access violation at address 0054E138 in module 'Leap.exe'. Read of address 00000008

(So am not able to change the color palette).

Also when trying to send an email to report the (this or any other) error message, sending the message always fails.

Hi Claude - what version of LEAP are you using? I think that earlier versions of LEAP had this problem but I was fairly sure it was fixed in the latest version (2008.067).

Problems with sending error reports may be due to bad internet connections. However, I would like to hear if others are having the same problem.

    Hi Charlie
Am using the latest version of LEAP.
Other internet traffic including sending and receiving mail works.

I note that the inability to change the palette does not occur when using some types of graphs (e.g., bar chart to display branches, Pie charts, radar)
That is, it does NOT work with line or area chart types.

A work around may be to temporarility change the chart type to a bar chart, then make the change to the palette you think you want, and then change back to a line (or area) chart type. However, if attempting to make another change when using a line (or area) chart and it crashes, the palette reverts to the default (instead of keeping what you had before attempting the change).

Thanks Claude - I will investigate both these issues in the next day or so. When the email problem occurs do you get any error message? Also, are you waiting at least a minute to allow the system to send before exiting LEAP?

    Best,

    Charlie
