I can download the training exercises (pdf) without problem, BUT unable to do so with the dataset. Any help??

Can you be more specific? For example:

* What data set are you trying to download?
* How/where are you trying to download it from (within LEAP or from a web site)?
* What version of LEAP are you using?
* What error message if any are you seeing?
* etc.

Dear Charlie,

I was at the LEAP: Training Materials screen http://www.energycommunity.org/default.asp?action=42

I have no problem to download the Training Exercises (English: PDF) by clicking the link under the Heading "General Purpose Training Materials" on the screen.

Under the same Heading, there are "Freedonia LEAP data set (Exercise 1, Exercise 2,Exercise 3, Exercise4). I tried to click on the link to download the Exercise#.

The computer had no response but gave me a message "Waiting for forum.seib.org..." on the bottom left corner. After ages, the screen returned a "The page cannot be displayed" one with some details:

HTTP 502 Proxy Error - The operation timed out. The remote server did not respond within the set time allowed. The server might be unavailable at this time. Try again later or contact the server administrator. (12002)

After numerous trials, I was lucky enough to get through the barrier and downloaded the "Exercise 1". But my luck ran out with the other Exercises.

My LEAP version is 2008.0.0.70

Can you just send me the Exercise files via email??
