I have emailed the word to leap@sei-us.org. Besides,I failed to install the FreedoniaEX5 because of an error the LEAP said. What should I do to open it ?

Hi Xiong,

I will look at the document you sent as soon as I can and I will get back to you about that via email.

On the topic of the LEAP dataset download, I don't seem to have any issues downloading it from that link. To help me diagnose the problem, please give me some additional information (i.e. the version of LEAP you are running (found in Help/About LEAP) and the exact error message text you get when you try to download FreedoniaEX5.leap).

Hi Xiong,

The dataset is in a .leap file format, so if LEAP is open, you should be prompted to either save or open the file. Choose to open the file with LEAP as the chosen application.

You should then get a message in LEAP with the text "Do you want to install and open "freedoniaex5" in LEAP?" Click Yes.

The leap area titled "freedoniaex5" should then open directly in LEAP and a freedoniaex5 folder should automatically be created in the "LEAP Areas" folder (should be located in your Documents or My Documents folder).

If you have already downloaded the file, then it should already be a LEAP area with the name "freedoniaex5." Let me know if you have further questions.
