Dear Charlie,
Please ignore my previous email. We managed to register the LEAP software in APERC's computers. We just did not register online. Registering online was the cause of the error I mentioned earlier.

Dear Charlie,
My colleague has been helping APERC to install LEAP in their PCs but he encountered this error:
"Socket Error #10051
Network is Unreadable"
This occurred after he entered the User Name and Registration Code. The two computers are both connected to the internet. May we know the cause of this problem? The LEAP version that was installed was 2008.0083.
