hello,
I have a question for registration. I got my password from COMMEND website, but every time when I start LEAP for resistration, it shows "Connection timed out." Anyone can tell me how to solve this problem?

Hi Zhaohui,

This message typically is due to an inconsistent internet connection. You can disable all use of the Internet in LEAP by putting any file named "internet.no" in the program files\LEAP folder.

UPDATE - To register manually, go to the Help: Register menu in LEAP and this will register your software without connecting to LEAP.

I assume you mean a license to register the LEAP software. All licensing is done through this website. Please review licensing options at the URL below and apply for an appropriate license.
