    Hello,

I updated LEAP two days ago and my model got crazy. I didn't change anything else, and I sent an email from LEAP as soon as I had the problem but I've got any answer.

For example, LEAP "thinks" that population data is negative most of the years, therefore all the results in which population is involved are wrong.

Could you help me with this?

    Thank you very much
    Marta

    Hi Marta,

I assume you are talking about upgrading to version 85.

Can you send a version of your dataset to leap@sei-us.org? Please include specific information on all differences you are seeing including what results you were getting before and after the update.

Also, I'm not sure what you are referring to when you say you sent an email from LEAP and did not see any response. The discussion forums are the best place to post questions as they ensure the fastest response and benefit the greater COMMEND community by providing documentation of commonly asked questions.

    Thanks,

    Tory

    Hello Tory,

Yes, I'm talking about version 85. I've just send the data set and the information. As I explain in the email, more or less everything is wrong. The Expression is correct, but the graph and the tables are wrong. As the key assumptions are wrong, LEAP can not calculate results. I've have the same data set working for a while, the only thing that have changed is the new version. I hope you can help.

    Regards,
    Marta

This issue dealt with the "Allow lagged results in expressions (slower calculations)" option in the calculations tab of basic parameters. This is now fixed in version 2008.0088.
