Dear Charlie and Tory,

I need to reinstall LEAP in my new office PC but I am not successful in registering it. LEAP was installed by our administrator "ieejdom" but cannot register using my User Name and Registration Code. This registration code will expire in 2012 so I see no reason for me not being able to register it.

Can you please tell me how I could register it? Below is the system information for your reference.

Hi Edito,

It sounds like the LEAP software was able to install ok but the registration is what is not working properly. Can you give me more information about the error that you are getting (exact error message text, etc.)?

In any case, you should be able to register manually, and I will send you an email directly with instructions on how to do this with your personal registration information.
