    Dear LEAP team,

1- The module boundary keeps changing back to the "final demand", so on every restart of the software i have to set it back on "complete energy system". Is there a way out?

2- How can i specify additional costs such as policy implementation costs? I mean costs which are not directly linked with the physical consumption or generation of energy.

I had a suggestion for the discussion board. I think that as the board grows it will be a good idea to have a discussion specific search that allows people to find relevant posts easily.

    Best Regards,
    Arslan

    Hi Arslan,

Thank you for your discussion board suggestion. This is already on our list of improvements to the website that we hope to accomplish in the coming months.

In response to your specific questions:

1- This appears to be a bug. I will look into this and try to have it resolved in the next release of LEAP.

2- Have you looked at the demand cost documentation from our user guide? It can be found here: http://tinyurl.com/6ft92du

The "Total Costs" method is usually the best method for including policy implementation costs.

The general costing documentation may also be helpful. It can be found here: http://tinyurl.com/4gz8qww

    Best,
