    Hi, I wonder what results you get when you're using load curves. Do you get the results as a load curve? Or a mean value over the year, for every simulated year?

    Hi Josefine,

    Defining a load curve in LEAP does not change how results look, it simply helps LEAP more accurately simulate both the annual demand for energy as well as how plants are dispatched to meet the instantaneous demand for power.

    I recommend first reading some of the documentation on load curves (linked below) and additionally trying it out in LEAP. You can try it out within your own model or in the LEAP training materials (specifically section 1.4.2).
