Hi Dmitry,
If using LEAP with OSeMOSYS you don't need to. LEAP automatically writes the data file required by OSeMOSYS and reads in the results it needs from OSeMOSYS.
Een if you are intending to use OSeMOSYS separately from LEAP, you may want to consider using LEAP as a friendly "front end" for managing the data you need in OSeMOSYS, since it is able to write a well formatted data file that can be read by OSeMOSYS.
