I was wondering if you could tell me what must the costing method be for optimization?
in your 2011 user manual "No Annualization" is mentioned but, running with this option shows that the method must changed to "capital recovery factor".
What the cause is?

We are in the process of updating our user manual to reflect newer versions of OSeMOSYS, which performs the cost optimization.
The required annualization method is Cost Recovery Factor.
