the most up-to-date version of LEAP optimization can optimize only one module of the supply side (transformation)? If i want to optimize the module of transportation, Can LEAP do it?

Yes that is right. At this time, LEAP only optimizes Transformation modules (and typically Electricity Generation). It cannot (yet) be used to do optimization modeling of demand-side sectors like transport or industry. I hope to add that type of capability in the future, but it most probably will not happen this year.
