Hi Chandra, it sounds like you have the ingredients for a LEAP analysis. But I don't detect a specific question in your post here.
LEAP works by allowing you to input different kinds of data in different branches of a tree. You can specify how these inputs change over time in any number of different scenarios that you want to investigate (using 'Current Accounts' as your starting point). What you're basically trying to do is a Demand Analysis, which you can read about here: http://www.energycommunity.org/WebHelpPro/Demand/Demand.htm.
I would strongly suggest looking over the training materials that I suggested in my previous post. Some of your economic and population data can be entered in the 'Key Assumptions' branch of LEAP, which current electricity consumption patterns would belong in the 'Demand' branches of the tree. You'll then want to input information about South Sulawesi's current electricity generators in the 'Transformation' branch.
To understand what these branches are used for, you can use the Search function of LEAP's online help page: http://www.energycommunity.org/WebHelpPro/LEAP.htm.
Hope that helps,
Taylor
