    dear

    when i click on powerpoint icon to see diagram view, it turn out in black page/view. where is problem.

    Hi,

    An interesting observation! I see the problem as well. One way to work around this would be to instead copy the diagram (using Destination: Copy to Clipboard from the drop down menu at the top of the window that appears when you select the 'Open Chart in Powerpoint' icon), and paste it directly into whatever document you want.

    We will work to resolve this is subsequent versions of LEAP. Can you tell us what version of Microsoft Powerpoint that you're using?

    its 2010. one more query. I have downloaded LEAP copy on my PC at home. can i download again at PC in my office. will it work.

    Yes, your student license allows you to use LEAP on two computers. You must enter the the same login credentials that you were given when your license was approved, when prompted to do so in your second LEAP installation.
