    Hello Ali,

We are frankly baffled by this one. That certainly is not a message that comes from LEAP, but it sounds like installing LEAP is somehow interacting with a separate installation of the a separate program called WASP. I assume this is referring to the WASP electric planning model developed at the IAEA, or perhaps it is WASP: the the Wind Atlas Analysis and Application Program. Do you know if you have installed either of these models?

This maybe due to a problem with Windows Installer, but at this stage I don't really have any useful suggestion for you other than to look at the list of installed programs in the Windows Control Panel and perhaps reinstall both LEAP and WASP.

I hope this helps (but suspect it won't)!

    Best,

    Charlie
