Hi Jambaa,
Try the following: before starting LEAP, right-click on the LEAP icon and select 'Run as Administrator', which will load LEAP as a Windows administrator. Then trying loading the data set as normal. It should automatically update for compatibility with the most current version of the software.
If this doesn't work for you (or perhaps you do not have administrator rights on your computer), watch for a direct email from me with a newer version of the data set.
