    Hello,

I'm using LEAP version 2012.0.0.49 in Windows XP.

I'm calculating the cost of the electric generation. When I analyze the capital costs, I have observed that capital cost is double-counted for some years. For most years, the calculated capital cost is right.

I have obtained this when I use both the Capital Recovery Factor and No annualization methods. And, I'm not using any kind of optimization.

Can you help me with this? If you need more information about this, please let me know.

Thank you in advance for your help,

    Norberto.

    Hi Norberto,

I think we do need some more information, actually. I suspect, though, that it will be simplest to answer your question if you send me your LEAP data set, if you're comfortable doing this. Click on Area:Backup in LEAP's main menu, and email the resulting file to leap@sei-us.org.

I'll then provide an answer to your question here on the forums.

    Thanks, and take care,

    Taylor
