under Transformation, one of the Process (generation facility) in Electricity Generation Module is on dual fuel (natural gas and Residual fuel oil). The process efficiency for the both natural gas operation and residual fuel oil are different. is it possible to enter the process efficiency for both fuels separately at such process level.

No - the 'Process Efficiency' variable is only provided at the level of each process, not for each fuel. If you have two separate fuels, each being transformed with different efficiencies, you would have to model this as two processes.
