    Which Summary view are you trying to edit? For example, the Cost-benefit Summary allows you to change units to any currency you choose. The columns are simply the names of the scenarios.

    I am talking about Summary Report, units are fixed. You are right in saying cost benefit summary.

    The Cost-Benefit summary report shows you the social cost and benefit of each scenario, using a common currency. You are free to change the currency units which are displayed (for example, from Euro to USD), but non-currency units are not meaningful in a cost-benefit table.
