Dear
I defined the "system peak load shape" in the Electricity Generation Module, in different step functions. when the model is run and results of Average Power Despatched of the processes is seen, it does not confirm as per the system peak load shape but gives constant/same value for all time slices. can you please what mistake am i doing.

Hi Muhammad,

Look at the 'Dispatch Rule' variable for each of your processes. There are several reason that you may see this, including your Dispatch Rule being set to 'FullCapacity' - you can read about these rules here:

These rules apply only after the First Scenario Year:

Are you sure that you have actually assigned your yearly shape to the 'System Peak Load Shape' in the correct scenario? And are you certain that you're not viewing 'Average Power Dispatched' results for the period before your First Scenario Year?
