I have got the following error when linking LEAP to WEAP:

"WEAP doesn't seem to be installed on this computer"

Both of the softwares are installed in my computer and this error doesn't appear when linking WEAP to LEAP. Can anybody help me on this?

    Hi Anum,

Sorry to hear you're having difficulties. I have two possible solutions, as some users have noticed this issue in the past. First, please try to following.

Find the Windows command prompt (either searching "cmd" in the Start menu, or looking through the Accessories folder). Right click on it and select 'Run as Administrator'.

Navigate to the WEAP installation directory, by entering into the prompt

    cd C:\Program Files (x86)\WEAP\

(note you will need to modify this path if you have chosen to install WEAP in another directory). Next, enter

    WEAP /regserver

This should manually register WEAP on your machine, in case there was a problem doing so during the installation process.

If your problem persists (meaning that LEAP still cannot recognize that WEAP is installed) please follow up with us for a different solution.

    Best,

    Taylor
