Hi Nandi,
This is a very good question! Although LEAP is really meant to be used by a single user, it has some facilities for allowing you to collaborate with colleagues on the same model.
One strategy would be to build the structure of the model, in LEAP (adding the necessary branches, but not populating them with expressions), and then export that template to Excel. Several users would then populate these Excel templates, before bringing them back together into one LEAP model. Here is our help page on Exporting to Excel:

You may also opt to have several users working on different LEAP models, which you hope to combine into one model at a later time. LEAP allows you to insert Demand and Key Assumptions branches from other areas, using the Insert Branches from Folder tool:

Sometimes the simplest way to collaborate is to host the model in a shared directory, while colleagues take turns making changes to it. This is something that I've done often, if the modeling team is small.
I haven't gone into too much detail about how you might accomplish each one of these, but I wanted to make you aware of each capability so that you could choose the most appropriate one after doing some exploration. Hope this helps,
Taylor
