    Hi Aslan,

There are a few reasons that your Electricity Generation module could be producing more than expected in the base year. Trying viewing Transformation: Requirements, to check that your module is not being asked to generation more power than expected (you may simply have higher demand in 2010).

If your First Simulation Year (the first year that plants are dispatched according to their Dispatch Rule) is not equal to the base year of your model, you should also check the Historical Production variable (http://www.energycommunity.org/WebHelpPro/Transformation/Base_Year_Output.htm) for each of your plants. This is where you enter the historical outputs of each plant during the historical period.

Hope these two suggestions get you started. Using LEAP's Results view to show the requirements on each of your transformation modules is a useful way to track down problems.
