Hi there,

I am trying to run LEAP using Parallels on a Mac. I can use it in evaluation mode, but am having trouble with the registration process. I have received an email approving my license request - which tells me to register the software when I start LEAP.

When I start LEAP it asks Do you want to register now? If I say yes, it tells me I have already registered online, and do I want to continue, If i say yes it opens a box asking for my email address and COMMEND password or LEAP registration code. After I enter either of those, I invariably get this error message (see attached file). If I say no to any of the earlier questions about registering, then it just opens in evaluation mode.

Any suggestions?

Hello Louise,

This message likely means that something is blocking LEAP from accessing our servers or possibly that your internet connection is somehow bad. A live connection is required to complete the online registration. It may be that you are using LEAP behind some kind of local or organizational firewall that is blocking the LEAP executable from accessing the internet. You will need to talk to your network administrator to resolve this.
