    Hi all,

A number of people are experiencing frequent error messages when adding branches or even when simply clicking on different tree branches in LEAP. The messages include "root table", "Nexus database" and "missing table".

We believe that these errors are most often caused by overly aggressive anti-virus or anti-spyware software or by common cloud-synching services like Google Drive, Dropbox or Microsoft One Drive acting upon your LEAP working folders.

If you are experiencing these types of errors we suggest you try the following:

    1. Make sure that your anti-virus and anti-spyware software is set to NOT scan the My Documents\LEAP2011 Areas folder.

    2. Make sure that any cloud synching software (Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft One Drive etc.) are set to NOT automatically sync the My Documents\LEAP2011 Areas folder (and all subfolders).

Sorry for these problems and I hope the above helps.

    Best,

    Charlie
