I was wondering if there is a way to ensure that reliability of the electric generation is assured for the scenarios in LEAP.

Hi Georgia,

Although there are different ways to define 'reliability' in the context of power systems, LEAP permits you to specify a Planning Reserve Margin for transformation modules:

LEAP uses the reserve margin to determine when to build endogenous capacity, ensuring that there is additional process capacity beyond what is required to meet the system's peak load.
