    Hi Taylor,

    I'd like to ask something. Where can I input the data for annual emissions constraint? It is said in HELP (?) that annual emissions constraint is "specified under a high level branch of LEAP Tree". I tried to find it under "Effects" branch but the only thing exists there is "Externality Cost".

    Hi Dean,

    The Annual Emissions Constraint variable only appears when you enable emissions constraints in Basic Parameters: Optimization. You'll see a check box near the top of the window to enable it.
