I have two different biomass generation processes in the optimization scenario, which both use the same fuel. I want to set a resource constraint, so I entered a "yield" under "resources/primary/biomass". But this does not seem to work, possibly because trading/importing is allowed?

Is the only way to limited the build of a particular technology to include a "maximum capacity" in the transformation process, or can this be done at the primary resource level? Thank you!

    Hi Randall,

In LEAP the operation of a transformation module is not affected by the resource yields or reserves which you specify under the Resources branches. So the only way to enforce these constraints is through the Maximum Capacity variable, as you point out.

Thank you! I will adjust accordingly
