    Hi,

I updated to the latest version and I'm having problems with the model. Before the update the model was working and the results where calculated correctly, now i have an error due to load shape. It says load shape values sum to 900%, Yearly shapes must sum to 100%. I can't figure out what happened, can you help me please?

After the update also the "mail for support" option expired.

Thanks in advance for your support,
    Matteo

    Hi Matteo,

I'm afraid I can't speculate without more information - although you shouldn't necessarily need to, have you tried to re-enter the load shape data which you entered when you first built the model? If this still fails, would you be able to attach a *.leap copy of your model to this thread (preferably a *.leap file created before you performed the software upgrade).

We're aware of the problems with the internet options in LEAP's menus, and hope to address those in the next version.

    Best,

    Taylor

    Hi both,

I had the same problem with the updated version. If you go to the Basic parameters menu, in the sheet "Loads" is very possible that your predefined load shape was changed by the update. That was my case. If yours is the same, select the first option "(% of Peak Generation)" and try again.

    Regards
    Diego

    Thanks, Diego,

Matteo, did this help? I'm unable to reproduce any similar problem on my own computer.

    Thanks,
    Taylor

    Hi Taylor and Diego,
it seems I had exactly the same problem, the update shifted the predefined load shape. I checked all the basic parameters and I found out that also something changed also in the "Calculations" sheet, so I suggest who updated to look carefully in the "basic parameter" sheet.

I thank both for your help,
    Matteo
