333 Views Dear Sirs,
I am having trouble with the installation of the current LEAP version (2015.0.16. I executed the file setup.exe (53.6 MB) following the instructions. I was not asked for my license information during the process. Now I have the files in my computer (and a direct access icon) but I am not able to open LEAP. When I try to open it, I get an error (see attached image) and even if I modify the sugestted options in the windows control panel, LEAP does not open. I have tried in my personal laptop (windows vista) and in my work computer (windows 7) but I did not get positive results. Could you please provide some ideas to succesfully install the last version?. I didn��t have older versions installed in my computer, this was the first attempt.

332 Views Hi Maria,
Forgive me if I've misunderstood, but can you confirm that the decimal and list separator are *different*, in your computer's regional settings? I've provided a screen capture of my own settings, which shows that the "Decimal symbol" and "List separator" operators are different from one another.
