Hi,
I used percent share dispatch rule to dispatch electric generation to meet the demand.I gave fixed process share(sum of the values is 100%). There was calculation diagnostic messages, one energy produced more than required. the attached picture showed the warnings.

Thank you for your inquiry and I apologize for the delay in responding.

Typically, LEAP shows this diagnostic message when the process shares are greater than 100% for any given year. I recommend reviewing the process shares for all years (not just the base year) to see if the 100% threshold was exceeded at any point.
