    Sir or Madam,

nexus research by linking WEAP and LEAP. I follow the user guide to do the
Scenario: Demand for Cooling Water from LEAP. On the "Monthly Demand"

mapped to time-sliced variables in WEAP and I have run LEAP model first, and I
do see the monthly result of "Average Power Dispatched”. Even I just use
the case" WEAP-LEAP tutorial" in the LEAP, following
the tutorial step by step, I still couldn't find the ”Average
Power Dispatched" value in WEAP, the value in each month is 0,
albeit in LEAP is really not 0. This problem confused me quite a long time. I
am wondering what's wrong with it.

    Hi Junlian,

There appears to be a bug preventing WEAP from linking data from LEAP. We are currently looking into a solution and will post here when an updated version of the software is available. Thank you for your patience and for informing us of the issue.

    Best regards,
    Emily

    Hi Junlian,

Thank you for following up. As you've noted, the latest version (2015.0.28.0) has not resolved the problem with linking LEAP and WEAP. This issue is definitely on our radar, and I will be sure to post to thread once a resolved version is available. Very sorry for the inconvenience, but thank you again for your patience.

    Best regards,
    Emily

    Hi Emily,

Since the problems are still there, I am eager to put forward my research and wondering whether it is ok if I go back to the old version? If ok, how to go back to the old version. Thanks a lot for your help.

    Junlian.

    Hi all,

I am also trying the tutorial to link WEAP ans LEAP. I run into the same issue described in this thread: "Average Power Dispatched" seems to be an invalid variable.
I was curious to know if there is a fix for this.

    Thank you,
    Adil
