I have been working in one of my transformation modules (petroleum refining) and the output fuels branch has disappeared and I have not been able to get it back. This happened as I was adding processes to the module. It is not configured as a simple non-dispatched module, it has always had the output fuels branch with many fuels. As it is a multi-regional model, I would rather not re-do the module from scratch as it would be a lot of re-work. I attempted to attached a backup of the model but the file size is too large for the upload here. A solution for this would be highly appreciated.

I haven't encountered this before - but as this is a multi-region model I wonder if the branches somehow got hidden in one or more regions. Suggest you visit the Branch Visibility screen in Analysis view and toggle the visibility of the relevant module for one or more regions. That screen is accessed via a button above the tree (top left of screen). It looks like this. Please let me know if this helps (or not).
