I've searched through LEAP support and general (non technical) forum about national starter data set for Indonesia. Unfortunately, I could not find the link nor the download section for national starter data.

My question is, is the national data set freely available to be downloaded for academic user? If it is yes, then where can I find it?

Sorry for the delay in responding. The link for the national data sets is currently unavailable as we are in the process of updating the national data sets with the latest information from IEA. We hope to have the link restored in early 2017. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
