Recently my computer was hacked and I had to format my PC. Is it possible to retain the files I lost? I would be happy to provide you more information if you think it is possible to do so.

    Hi Niraj,

Sorry to hear about your computer, but we do not have access to your LEAP files and do not store user LEAP files to our server. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot help with your request.

In the future, it is highly recommended that important files are regularly backed up to an external drive or a cloud-based storage service, such as Dropbox. This way files can be easily restored if they are deleted.

    Thanks,
    Emily

    Thank yo for your response,
I am currently working in a travel demand model. I came across a problem in my analysis. I have attached the leap tree structure for my model. Under my scenario, I want to reduce the demand(pass-km), whose calculations i have done outside in excel, for private vehicles and meet those demands from public (bus only, other grow constantly, the goal is to reduce private demand from 1% in 2018 to 75% in 2030. My base year and FSY are 2013 and 2014 respectively. i want to put this scenario(public vehicle penetration) to be under BAU scenario. I have used interp function (eg.2019,7%, 2018,9%).since I have ti have 100% share each year my results are peculiar. sometimes it is very low sometimes very high,
Could you please help me on this?

    Hi Niraj,

I would be happy to help, but will need more information to better understand the problem. Specifically, can you please provide a screenshot of where the Interp function was used, and a screenshot of the results that you are finding peculiar? If you could also describe why you think the results are wrong and what the results should be, that would be great.

    Thanks!
