The problem is related to the Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) emission factor which you have added to the consumption of electricity. This emission factor is given in Kilogrammes per Kilogramme (of fuel comsumed). However, electricity has no physical density or mass from which the emissions of SO2 could be calculated. You must select a different set of units for your emission factor, such as kilogrammes per terajoule.

A larger question: it looks like you have assigned both emissions to the consumption of feedstock fuels for electricity generation, as well as the consumptoin of electricity on the demand side of your model. Are you certain that you are not double-counting the emissions associated with electricity consumption in your model?
