    Greetings

In Results tab (as in attachment) we can see the Demand in Demand>Energy Demand Final Units. However, when I compared to Requirement (in the Transformation > Requirements), the values are not the same. How can this happen? In my opinion, it should be the same values because the Demand is also the Requirements to be met.

As for information, if we included the loss of transformation and distribution in my model is 9.77%, so if we calculated in first year 2015, when the total demand is 29.17 TWh, if we included the losses, according to my calculation the final requirement is
    29.17 x (1+9.77%) = 32.01 TWh.

But in the Requirement, it shows 32.33 TWh.

Thank you for anyone who give an advice and solution.

    Tri Ilham

    Hi Tri Ilham,

The correct calculation of module requirements after losses is:

    29.17 / (1 - 0.0977) = 32.33 TWh
