For us to provide you with technical support, please be sure to be as specific as possible with your questions. Include:

1. Exactly what you have done, or provide a complete set of steps to reproduce a problem you’re seeing,

2. Explain the result you obtain,

3. Explain how the result is different than what you expected.

If you are working through our basic training exercises, you might also find it useful to select Area: Revert to Version (from LEAP’s main menu) so that you can select a partially completed model taken from our “Freedonia” training exercises. This can be useful for you to track down where you’ve gone wrong.
