    Hi Shoaib,

The result shown in the Base Year (2010) is from the data entered in the Historical Production variable. LEAP does not interpolate the historical production data into the future. Instead, for the years after the First Simulation Year, supply processes generate energy in order to meet energy demand requirements. To do this, LEAP "dispatches" processes according to a set of dispatch rules and other parameters. Ensure that you have specified the dispatch rules and other process variables correctly in LEAP (refer to pages 22 to 25 of the training exercise for information).

Also, please note that you can always check your inputs by viewing completed versions of each exercise in the Freedonia dataset. Be sure to save your own working model first! Then, go to Area > Open > Freedonia to open the file, and then Area > Revert to Version from LEAP's main menu and select the relevant section of the training exercise. Then, compare your inputs and progress against the finished product.

    Hope this helps!
