    Hi,

i have problem starting the LEAP program. The installation works just fine but when i try to start the program it stops working and says: "an unhandled win32 occurred in leap.exe [8020]".

Hi Fredrik - I apologize for the delay in responding. If restarting your computer does not solve the issue, there may have been a problem with the installation. Remove LEAP from your computer, and then run the LEAP installation file as an Administrator to ensure the registry keys install properly (make sure you have Administrative rights to your computer, and are logged on as the administrator). To do this, right-click the LEAP setup.exe file, select 'Run as Administrator' and re-install LEAP. Hopefully this helps, but please let us know if you still have problems opening LEAP.

    Thanks,
    Emily

I also had the same problem. I found the solution.
Go to the location given: Documents/LEAP Areas/Freedonia/ and delete the report.ini file.
Run LEAP again. It runs smoothly
