I am working on a city (Niamey) mainly. But there is also some analysis that involves the whole country (Niger). For an example, all my Demand Analysis are based on Niamey, but the data I have for Resources Potential (Uranium, Coal, Crude) are country wise. Is it possible to define a area with in a single LEAP AREA like a nested area ?!

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Abdullah

    Hi Abdullah,

You can add new Region through the Regions dialog box accessed from the General: Region menu item. Add a new Region by using the green plus button at the top of the dialog box (in this case, the new "region" would be a city), and then ensure that it inherits data from the Region which has the national data (the first region in the area is named Region 1 by default; you can change the name by double clicking on it).

For more information on this topic, refer to the following help page: https://www.energycommunity.org/Help/Supporting_Screens/Regions.htm

    Thanks,
    Emily
