Hi there, who knows where to download the template of LEAP-IBC?
I have searched the internet for a quite long time, but still cannot find it.

Heelo. LEAP-IBC is not yet publicly released. It is still being tested in just a few countries. We will be publicly launching it as part of a major new version of LEAP (LEAP2018) in early December 2017.
