I"m working on a model with around 3000 factories. I created a baseline scenario with no solar water heaters or waste heat recovery technology, only using convention methods and stationary combustion. Now I want to include a scenario where by 2040, 40% of these factories will have incorporated at least one type of this technology into their industrial process. I don't know how to get started and how to include these technologies, especially waste heat recovery. If you could give me a couple of pointers that would be wonderful. Thank you!
