I'm not sure I understand the last part of your question. Can you try clarifying?

LEAP will calculate total emissions for all pollutants (on either a mass basis, or expressed using their global warming potentials), provided you have included appropriate emission factors each place that a fuel is consumed or produced within your model. You may also include non-energy effect loadings, for emissions not associated with fuel combustion or fugitive emissions from the energy sector.

Once calculated, you may use the Results view to configure the way these emissions are displayed, so that they are comparable to any GHG inventory tables which you may have available to you.
